Bryan, TX— The Museum and Boonville Heritage Park are pleased to participate in this effort to place
wreaths on the headstones of local veterans in their memory and to honor their brave service.
Wreaths Across America started as a simple gesture of thanks that, over
the last ten years, has grown into a national movement to remember the nation’s fallen and
honor their service. This year, there will be close to 1,500 participating locations placing
wreaths on National Wreaths Across America Day – Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018 – with more
than a million volunteers.
Those interested in sponsoring a wreath for Boonville Cemetery located in Boonville
Heritage Park or any of the cemeteries located in Bryan/College Station, are invited to visit
wreathsacrossamerica.org to learn more.
$5 for every $15 wreath sponsorship will be donated to Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History.
The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History is open to visitors from Tuesday -Saturday, 10am5pm.
Admission fees: adults $5; seniors/students/children $4; children 3 and under are free. For
