- KAGC/Bryan Broadcasting is not responsible for lost/dropped calls, or bad cell reception resulting in lost/dropped calls. If call is lost/dropped before sufficient contact can be made, another winner will be taken.
- All calls recorded for possible use on-air.
- Prizes may be picked up at the Crystal Park Plaza Office Building, Suite 5000, in College Station. The studio address is 2700 Earl Rudder Freeway, at the Emerald Parkway exit.
- Employees of Bryan Broadcasting are not eligible to win.
